Diet Lunches
soups: chicken noodle, pasta e fageol, broccoli puree, carrot orange, mushroom barley, tortilla soup, butternut squash, winter vegetable
salads: greens, chicken, feta, cucumber, tomato, red onion, greek vinaigrette
grain salad
crudite (cucumber, cherry tomatoes, carrot sticks, peapods (in season)) and pita bread with hummus
apple or orange
sparkling water
